Summary
The same setup as in File:tripod.jpg seen from the camera side using a tripod. This is a Nikon D7100 with a Nikon 105 in this case the older manual focus one. In such a setup autofocus is not really needed. Notice the timer setting of the camera. As this is a relatively long exposure, using the timer helps with keeping things stable. Alternatively one could also use a remote of course.
