This is inside the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grande_Dixence_Dam Grand-Dixence dam], and there is little light here. This one shows actually the thin line of the pendulum in the background used to detect movement in the structure. This is not so visible in this scaled picture, but at full resolution this can be clearly seen.
